Johan is a partner at BisValue International AB, the business behind CompanyFigures. He is also one of the founders of Valuation Företagsvärderingar i Sverige AB, a market leader in corporate valuations focused on small and medium-sized businesses in Sweden.
Together with founder Jan Ohlsson, Johan also developed the company UC Ekonomipublikationer AB, a subsidiary of UC AB. UC is a market leader in credit and market information in Sweden. Johan was responsible for developing the company’s product portfolio and was a partner and member of the Board of UC Ekonomipublikationer until the end of 2008.
Johan has also worked as product manager at Dun & Bradstreet. He holds a BA in Business Administration, majoring in finance, from Boston University in the US.

Jan has worked in the business and credit information market all his working life. In the 1980s and 1990s Jan was active in the management of Soliditet and Dun & Bradstreet in Sweden, Denmark and the Nordic region, focussing on development, marketing and sales. He was responsible for developing AAA Rating, which was successfully launched as the first credit rating system in the Nordics.
After a few years running his own consulting business, Jan founded UC Ekonomipublikationer AB together with Johan Pokorny and UC AB. Jan was CEO of the company until the end of 2008.
Tomas is responsible for developing different models that will be used in CompanyFigures’ future services. He is also chief analyst at Valuation and holds a PhD in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.
Tomas’ research focuses on financial accounting and valuation, including issues regarding the valuation of companies and the effect of ownership structure on pricing, as well as the impact of accounting method on valuation.
Tomas is also active as an assistant professor at Stockholm School of Economics and also teaches at IFL. He has also taught at the University of California, Berkeley.
